Rights to the well need to be forfeited by BP

This well is highly profitable and as repartitions it should be foreited the United States as payment. It is our habitat that is being destoryed at the hands of monetary greed, as tax payers and voters we should have some say to what is going to happen with the well.

Our Government should kick BP out and take over. We can find people that have as much experience as BP does.. after all, this is the first time in history anyone has tried to drill a super well like this and BP doesn't know any more about it than anyone else.
