Saturday, a large oil container leaking oil washed up on a beach in Panama City, Florida; the container has BP markings on it that indicate it is from the Deepwater Horizon oil rig. The oil container washed ashore 190 miles from where the oil rig sank.

Did you not hear about the explosion on the rig? I mean common man, we're all upset about the leak but how is something like this "unnacceptable"? It came from the oil rig that had an EXPLOSION on board.

As said before, this is a GOOD thing, at least washed up and wasnt lost/forgotten.

Yes this isn't another Oil Tanker, but related to Deepwater itself. Possibly Ballast or oil containers that were on the deck ready for transportation before it sank.
