I had a crazy nightmare

I had this dream last night. But it is always has relation to a large mansion by a river or large lake. In my dream I remind myself that my grandmother lives in a mansion. But in real life she lived in Alaska in a single home. What scared me is that as I was falling in the water, I awoke in my dream! Then a dead blond baby girl came into door. For some reason in my dream I couldn't move. I wonder if it means anything or nothing at all.
