"Pakistan Organization" needs Obama look-a-like?

Someone showed me this ad they found on a job search and it is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. It is a job ad that says:

Pakistan Organization needs a person look-a-like US President Barack Obama. Look-a-like must be fluent in English. The duties of the twin will include:giving interview, being photographed with members of the Pakistan Organization, to attend open events and parties. Do not worry if you do not have the skills to conduct in high society and other knowledge-owned Barack Obama, we will teach you all things needed. Payment in the amount of $ 100,000 is guaranteed after the operation is fulfilled.

There isn't much information to go on here, thats almost the whole listing. The company listing is confidential, but its featured as "funny". Could this be used as an excuse to invade Pakistan? (I know its ridiculous, but look at how suddenly Osama is in Iran). Is this an expensive joke or is it something else? Anyway, I just had to post it here, what do you all think?
