FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. —
A Mohave County judge on Wednesday dismissed all Arizona charges against polygamist leader Warren Jeffs after a prosecutor said continuing with the charges would be "impractical."

Judge Steven Conn granted Mohave County Attorney Matt Smith's motion to dismiss the four charges of being an accomplice to sexual conduct with a minor. The charges stemmed from two arranged marriages between teenage girls and their older male relatives. They were dismissed with prejudice, meaning

It seems the two girls the prosecution relied on for this case will not testify. I wonder if its these same two girls that Texas is going after him for.

With his failing health he might not live through all the trials he faces.

I also wonder if Utah is going to seek to extradited him back to that state.

We had this discussion about the raids here in 2008
