I think it is because Israel wants to inspect it themselves, not have someone else do it. Maybe they don't trust the UN to do it? Dunno.

It's being reported by Gaza inhabitants on Facebook that they can see the ship from shore.

it might not be a LAN connection or home wireless...

could be direct-link, satellite, internet from just a simple usb card.

Wow, this is surprising me that the RC is being allowed to get so close.

Still is rather concerning that the Israeli's are blacking out the ship. Rumor in chat is the RC is about to enter territorial waters.

Still 2 differing stories out there. One story is that the ship was boarded, the other saying 2 or 3 warships are shadowing the Corrie but no-one has boarded.
