A yellow object, half buried in ice.
I have not idea what that is. Underground base maybe, don't know but it's big.

I dont think its an actual object, for a start its absolutely massive, secondly, you can see where the colours change and theres a constant pattern over the yellow and the white.

I don't know but its weird.
It looks like it's buried on ice.
Think it's glitch?

Looks like a glitch to me as it kinda looks too perfect and like I said, the colours over the top.

It's like 3/4 the length of an American state. Dont think its an object.

wow? what is it? looks like a possible glitch but who knows?

It's the yellow submarine!

Seriously though, this site has an explaination:

www.rense.com...

Image of Greenland (like most all Google Earth images) is constructed of a mosaic of images taken from satellites. These images are taken in overlapping bands as these satellites orbit the Earth. Lighting conditions vary with each exposure causing edges of individual images to mis-match. Resulting mis-matched image borders create faint diagonal, horizontal and vertical lines

I don't know if you want to buy that. In any case, the date of that link is 12-15-7 so it's been around for a while.

That's been around a REAL long time now. Not sure what the consensus said about it (I think it may be a part of the satellite itself?) but, I don't think it turned out to be as mysterious as we would've hoped!

Clearly this is not an image distortion caused by overlapping images.

If i had to guess, I would say its another google stunt..

Watch the clouds clear out over the next week to reveal "GOOGLE" in huge letters. LOL

The search function wont bite, I promise.

This has been discussed many, many, many, many, many, times here.

From the first page of searching "greenland google"

www.abovetopsecret.com...

www.abovetopsecret.com...

www.abovetopsecret.com...

www.abovetopsecret.com...

www.abovetopsecret.com...

And thats just the first page!

P.S. from what I remember, the general concensus was it's an imaging artifact.

I agree..this has been there for years and years now.

I would have thought if it were a case of a simple stitching glitch, it would have been rectified long ago.

I guess they didn't bother trying to hide it after everyone and his dog seemed to accept the mismatched image stitching explanation.

In plain sight = more power.

I really wonder why they ever bothered to airbrush the structures and other anomalies from their lunar and Martian images over the years..the majority of the public are so gullible, they'd believe any official sounding explanation, even if it was only half plausible.

We do the censorship for them these days it seems, and they gain more power over us, every time it happens.

It is a glitch...zoom in on it and you can see that it is just discoloration of the ice.

I don't think it's a glitch.

When you zoom out you can see the outlines of the pictures that are used to combine it as a whole.

It looks to good. It also looks like it's really burried in the snow.
The black bar beneath it. Well... That looks like a glitch. The sheer size would not surprise me if it would be a UFO or the Arc of Noah...

Any comments on it isn't their anymore ? Well it could easily be covered in snow again.
It doesn't look like you fly over it from Europe to New York either.

It is around for a couple of years now as far as I know and the only explanation I've heard is it is a satellite glitch... Of all answers that's the last one I'm buying.

You're right.

Theres a giant Arch or Spaceship the size of an average American State, sticking out of the ground in the middle of Greenland, and no ones mentioned it for years.
