Very strange clouds all over the country

I'm not very science-oriented or weather-oriented, could somebody please tell me what could possibly cause these cloud formations?!

I'm going out on a limb here and say fake cgi.

I say that because they clouds are not moving.

Between the earth rotating and high elevation
winds, these are supposed to move. In this case
they do not.

Nearly all of those looked basically normal to me. A few weird ones though...

Some are called lenticular, some fall streak holes....really groovy .

Eh...a couple of em had a little man-made "quality' to 'em, but most looked like quite normal cloud formation that happen naturally.

I just couldn't get the fact that the Hulkster was dancin' a little off-beat. :/
