Looks like a potential terror attack in Israel. MSNBC is reporting explosions near a college and the Arutz Sheva news agency in Israel has a similar report.




Security forces are responding to a report of an explosion in the Shomron city of Ariel, near the College of Judea and Samaria. Details to follow as they become available
