Could this be some of the money funding black op stuff, including chemtrails?

$2.3 Trilluion could do alot of damage spread around on some projects, and the one I think of most is chemtrails.

Don't know about Gates' connection to any of that, but Lockheed/Martin has long held a patent for a chemtrail-like technology for exactly that purpose. I first read about it more than 10 years ago, and even saw a copy of the patent online somewhere. It's very, very real and not at all speculative or even a secret, really. I've long believed the whole chemtrail "conspiracy" was very real, albeit a rather benevolent plan, considering whoever is doing it is trying to help save the world.

Bill Gates does fund this in some form or another. He also calls for population reduction through vaccines... Look into the GAVI Group he has... Creepy stuff!

Bailouts were to cover up something big, trillions go missing, then trillions are printed out of nothing...

But, then you have the document 'The Global New Green Deal'.

In the first few pages it talks alot about where some of our trillions went to...
