23 banks and 345 branches have gone down the drain in the month of April 2010 alone.

The answer is yes.

There are still banks out there that have not been put on notice by the FDIC and are in a good position still.

However as more foreclosures come along. Expect more banks to fail.

Here is a decent article with a chart with foreclosure by state for feb.
foreclosure article

Here's a heat map.

If you live in a red area chances of your banks failing are high.

What the HELL do you think you are doing?

The truth WILL NOT be told!

Everything is fine, the Dow Ind Average has not gone down 800 points in three days.

The unemployment rate is not really 20%.

Life is JUST PEACHY!

Quit your lying!

Not only that.....the top 6 big banks own 63 percent of our GDP!!!! Today the Senate voted NOT to break up the size of the banks and actually ENFORCE an anti-trust law.

COuld this have anything to do with the Dow taking a hit???? Also Bernie Sanders changed his audit the Fed amendment which could also be a reason.

Banks are holding our asses hostage.

Alright, 30 years ago today (damn I am old) in the year 1980, I asked my father if he thought our government had the best interests of our country in mind. He asked me if I was crazy!

Our country's politicians have NEVER had our interest in mind, only themselves or their cronies!

The time has come, to remove their power by not giving them the power.

I cannot tell you how, I can only suggest the avenues of control.

The government controls you by two components. Fiat currency and debt.

If you remove either, you remove 1/2 of their power. If you remove both, you remove 150% of their power. By the very control and the very instrument of their control.

See you on the other side.

That's an awesome song.

There are those in government who are truly fighting for us...unfortunately the power that is held by the banks is too powerful, at least so far, for them to overcome.

They aren't all bad...but they are definitely in the minority.

I just want you to imagine, that one nuclear sub creates enough energy to run 5% of the country.

There are electrical systems that really piss me off.

PG&E, I hope you are not one of those that pay for that system.

Life is but a dream. Reality is a nightmare.

I have checked out several systems in regards to nuclear plants, it is amazingly situational. The output of these nuclear plants are TOP SECRET. I have always wondered why that is.

I have ALWAYS wondered because the MILITARY has no problem with power. But you and I have always had that problem.

I guess power grows on trees for military, yet it costs an arm and a leg for civilian use.

I am starting to see the latest recession/depression as a power/money grab by TPTB. They own the biggest banks, and introduced a toxic asset to other banks. This in turn caused the other banks that took the bait to fail. The biggest banks got bigger, and the smaller banks when bankrupt and were bought out.

Howdy. Yall does not need a bank fer your money!! I keep mine in a sock in my oldest rattlesnake-stomping boot. As long as the ol lady dont not serch inside of it, I got my money always without having to go yonder into the city to the bank. The city folks look strange and I does not like the sites of them. My boots stop rattlesnakes and is my bank of my money also. If a drunk neighber stumbles in I got a shot gun rigged up by string aimed at that ther boot with trip line. I has gotten a diferent gun for every day of the year to have for depending on the day of any trespassing. Yall dont need a city bank, just a sock and a good boot I'll tell you what.
