Simple as that really. Most of modern culture (like it or hate it) originated right here... Mass use of cars for personal transportation, mass use of radio, mass use of television, computers and the internet, you name it....all pretty much started right here.

Not to mention, we were founded by folks who weren't afraid to go over that next hill and see what they could find there.... It's simply what we're made of...

there should be a thread like this for all countries... see if "they" like the bashing.

I'm not saying America is perfect but it is my home and I wouldn't live anywhere else.

I am from Canada. From this perspective, most everything in and about the US is fake, false, phony, and a great big lie. You cannot trust anything about their claims, objectives or purposes. Everything is clandestine and meant as a smokescreen to prevent the rest of the world (or even its own citizens) from finding out what is really going on.
