Hit related conspiracies

Who does a hit better? The CIA? The mafia? Or someone diagnosed mentally ill?

Do any of you think the CIA does hits for hire nowadays?

If the CIA is crooked as people say, then I'd think they are open for hits for hire. What do you think?

How much do you think the CIA would want from you if you wanted a hit on a certain president? Sure the CIA can make it look like someone mentally ill did it if they want it to look that way.

The CIA mostly uses the military sniper school for long range stuff. Up close they use their guys or a cutout with their toys doing the job. The hit in Ga. where they got the wife & husband looked like a quickie with the police covering it up. If you have the power to cover it up then you just do it however you want.
