Unemployment compensation, will I gt another check?

Can anyone help me?

I will be receiving my last unemployment check on monday. Then I will have to qualify for my next tear(tear 3) and if I qualify they said they aren't sure if there will be any money in it. I have been unemployed since February 2009. Will I continue to get checks if I qualify? Will my unemployment be cancelled because of the stall in the senate? Please help me!
