Billions go into Black Budget programs and we're still unprotected?

I just don't get it. The United States is spending billions of dollars on these top secret black budget programs. The reasoning, they say is "to protect us." What a bunch of bull #! Take the article below for example.

I mean can you honestly tell me the United States government is using our money to protect us? Here are some examples:

1. Look at 9/11. We got attacked.
2. We have yet to find WMD's in Iraq.
3. We have yet to find Osama Bin Laden.
4. We can't find terrorist cell's that seep into this country.

If these black budget programs are used to spy on the enemy it sure is a crappy job of doing so. I can honestly say the United States government is here to protect only themselves. They could care less about the American people. That article clearly shows me that millions of our tax dollars are being wasted. Our taxes don't protect us or make our lives safer or better. In conclusion I don't trust my government. I never and probably never will unless they confess all about black budget programs, UFO's and where the majority of our taxes are going.
