On the Spot with Kim Jong-il

Well, not much to say about this one... which is why I'm sticking it on BTS instead of ATS. Kim Jong-il inspecting cows. Kim Jong-il inspecting buscuits. Kim Jong-il inspecting plastic buckets. And so on, ad nauseum.

The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), North Korea's state-run (and only) news agency, sporadically releases photos of reclusive 69-year-old leader Kim Jong-il as he makes "on-the-spot" guidance visits. Kim Jong-il, continuing a practice begun by his father, Kim Il-sung, makes these visits to factories and facilities throughout the country, purportedly to offer his personal guidance.

I liked the picture where Dear Leader is inspecting the fruit display. Did you notice the looks on the faces of the other folks there? I don't think they'd ever seen fruit like that in their lives.
