Why would a so called 'sane' person like myself make such a prediction?

Well, this US company is working on a satellite, but it isn't sent up by rockets. It is solar powered and can stay something like 13 miles high for a year.

You know, it did mention what it would be used for. What evidence do you have of some upcoming alien encounters and what connection do they have with this satellite?

I was pointing out that if that company realilzes its project people will call authorities mistakingly claiming them as ufo's...
