Sometimes it just ain't a conspiracy

I am open to absolutely anything dealing with conspiracy's. Our governments evil ways have no restrictions and I am sure they are capable of just about anything. I am not saying any of that is specifically dealing with Haarp but it is something interesting to look at if you are not buying into the whole natural disaster bit. I am hunting for the report but before the earthquake happened, people reported seeing a discoloration in the sky. Again... I am not saying Haarp and I think the news story tried to explain the colors as being a climate issue but still... its something else to think about I guess.
