Why should the government help you?

I’m not Pro government and I’m not Anti government. I pretty much don’t care for politicians or the lies they spout.

But what I do care about is all the money I pay in Taxes. The taxes we pay the government are SUPPOSED to get us certain rights. Mainly the Right to be safe in our own homes. If the SHTF the government needs to step up and help the people.

I am not neglecting what volunteers are doing in many communities throughout the world. They are providing great services for very little, if any, reimbursment. You can say they are amateurs but that would be somewhat misleading.

The whole idea is we are paying a lot of taxes and we are getting neither the quantity or quality of services we deserve. This is the bottom line and the question should be why.
