Not even close to the same thing. I thought you knew all about the education systems of the world?

So enlighten me, why isn't he a moron?

To say it's because other countries have systems which span less than 12 years doesn't tell you anything about the quality of that education.

well considering that 9th graders in scandinavian countries score higher scores on english tests then us/candian/uk in their mother language one can but wonder as to why,

from what i know standard test over in the u.s have been simplyfied because of the left / right brain lob teaching paradox, yet the simpler it gets the more student fail ,

so its either the schoolsystems fault or the fault is somewhere else.
