Iran moves closer to nuke warhead capacity

Iran pressed ahead Monday with plans that will increase its ability to make nuclear weapons as it formally informed the U.N. nuclear agency of its intention to enrich uranium to higher levels.

Alarmed world powers questioned the rationale behind the move and warned the country it could face more U.N. sanctions if it made good on its intentions.

Tehran's enrichment plans are "additional proof of the fact that Iran is ridiculing the entire world," said Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak. "The right response is to impose decisive and permanent sanctions on Iran."

So Iran is marching ahead with its nuclear program while the international community is pondering about the next course of action. Despite all the talk of war and the massive Naval buildup in the Persian gulf, U.S and the Israelis know very well that Ahmedinajad is no Saddam, who would put all the eggs in one basket. Unlike Osirak, which was located in the Iraqi desert, ready to be bombed, Iran has thousands of locations that supports its nuclear program. A half hearted move by the Israelis and the U.S won't achieve their strategic objectives. And an all out conflict might pose unforeseen consequences.Perhaps this dilemma, coupled with the presence of doves in both U.S and Israeli governments, is stalling the war machine.

Price of oil to skyrocket???

Uh oh.. America better drop their bombs on them then to save the world and take control of their oil and gas reserves to help make this world a safer place. A country that hasn't invaded another country in hundreds of years is bound to bust out, especially the evil Islamic folks, they blow stuff up.
