Haiti's full of oil. That's a good thing. Let them build the industry to support getting it out of the ground and pumping it into large oil tankers for shipments. It shouldn't take more than a few decades to see any kind of return on their investment. Haiti will be swimming in petro-dollars by then.....rrrriiiiiggghhhht.

Understood, I was just asking to make sure. I was trying to get it through that the Haitians have their own beliefs, but also the other big problem being the debt and amount of criminal activity around them.
