Dem Retirements and Health Care

I figured it out. Intermission is over and the curtain rises for act III.

Scene 1: Obama comes out and proclaims health care for all! His chanracter is genuine and seems as though he wants to help the average American.

Scene 2: A bunch of dems retire preventing health care from passing.

Scene 3: Obama apologizes but it is okay, at least he tried. Opponents are happy because health care won't pass and proponents are mad, but not at dems. At least Obama tried. Curtain falls on Obama who sneaks a smile.
