I think this is really in bad taste, myself, since the country is suffering from economic woes and people have lost jobs, homes and families.

TO ALL POLITICIANS: Do us a favor and take a 75% paycut, no benefits and give all the money you have in the bank to charity, and then maybe you'll start to understand how the Majority of People, in the US and the rest of the world are feeling.

What he is talking about is a very disgusting thing and it goes to show that the politicians in washington ( All of them) truly do not get it. They do not care about the american peoples struggles... All they care about is money....

I am reminded that it is corruption, a lack of ethical and moral understanding and last but not least a psychotic arrogant attitude that makes one believe that they are so elite that everyone else is just a little person of no consequence.

To Nancy Pelosi, we are the little people. She, on the other hand is the elite. Educated, rich, influential and filled with a belief that she can lie to us, say what she wants without concern for whether its a lie or not and worst of all, she pretends to be a leader when in reality she is nothing but blood sucking vampires, feeding off the blood of Americans.

Corruption, greed and the ability for corporations to bribe with impunity is what is wrong with America. Not until we stop this cycle of insanity will anything ever change.

Pelosi shows every day of her life that she is hollow, delusional, psychotic and a liar of monumental proportions. She will be remembered in my mind as the Whore of Babylon that joined forces with the dark forces of the Obama regime to destroy America and replace it with a totalitarian, socialistic communist government.

Nancy Pelosi and her coven of demons will have to answer to a higher power real soon and no amount of executive jets is going to save her and her demon brood. Accountability is coming for her and the others. It is riding a white horse and its name is justice.

don't start with cutting their salaries. salaries of elected officials don't hold a candle to their expense accounts, particularly for travel. it wouldn't hurt them one bit if travel expense account was eliminated completely. this nonsense of flying back and forth between washington dc and "home" every week is no longer necessary. we have numerous ways to communicate with them: phone, email, snail mail, fax, telegram. all they do is tabulate our stuff anyway. the only face to face meetings at "home" or anywhere are with special interest groups and high dollar campaign contributors. let them stay in washington for several months at a time. work full weeks instead of one full day and 2 half days. then come home and stay home. stop flying to fundraisers at our expense. there should be no objection to this at all.

the copenhagen spending spree is simply the most blatant example of this attitude of contempt toward taxpayers. elected officials are the aristocracy and we are the peasants working on the farm to finance their way of life, though the landed aristocracy may have had slightly more respect for tenants because i don't think they could borrow without limit or print money at will.

And pelosi couldn't bring me back a souvenir? Cheap!!!

I say keep going! Keep on spending and living the high life because at some point the people will have had enough. Then they can look forward to dangling from a street lamp while being too fat to see their feet.
This reminds me that the best thing about humans is that they are 100% biodegradable.

Tom Foley used to be house speaker from washington state, but we kicked his sorry @ss out of office right after he started buying expensive furniture and imported building materials to refurbish and remodel the state capitol building...
Nancy Pelosi needs to get her sorry @ss kicked out too, long overdue for a serious @ss kicking..

I must admit that i would feel more victorious if the blatant exploitation weren't still going till throttle. they're still spening as much as they possibly can. sad that they will keep it up at this pace until the moment of replaccement, and we don't even know if it will stop then. this system they have developed is addictive to anybody exposed. i wouldn't count on any newly elected person behaving any differently pretty depressing.
