I went to google maps with the address of that 4c partners LLC.. It turns out to be a store front with nothing there. It's also listed for like 5 other companies. Looks like a front. I guess that's how you work in the shadows.

Absolutely, its a scam. The thread linked in my sig, "Health Care Reform...Really?", which I posted back in Sept., has some links to more lobbyist info., which supports your beliefs.
