I like where youre going with this Capt.

Even if this guy had detonated his underpants, he would have only killed about 300 people. If he had detonated his underpants a day earlier in a shopping mall we could stand to lose thousands!

The shopping mall would have been an easier target (no security), he could use a dumpster full of explosives and he could have taken all day to make sure that the detonation went as planned without being tackled by anyone.
