Im a geophysicist, so you probably think you know my answer, but I have a unique theory on the Earth. I believe in evolution since creation. I dont believe that every atom that composes every bit of matter was chaotically aligned, there had to be a guiding hand. Call it God, Allah, people from the future, I dont care. So I believe the earth to be billions of years old, for those of you you will scream "God created the earth in 7 days, a few thousand years ago", I say who says God's 7 days equal man's seven days. Thanks for listening...

Archbishop James Ussher of Armagh, the most senior position in the Church of Ireland, maintained that at 6 P.M. on Saturday, October 22, 4004 bc the world was created.

Can you blame him, it was the 1600's, and Biblical knowledge as passed as true knowledge for centuries, lack of proper of education led to these findings, found through intesive Bible Studies.

Martin Luther postulated it to be, 4000 B.C. and Johannes Kepler 3992 B.C.

Man, those were the days.
