A Plateless Van with Tinted windows and a fake Placard. sounds a bit fishy to me.

I wonder if the authorities have busted a terror attempt for the New Years eve celebrations?

Lets hope all hope New Years Eve passes peacefully all over the globe. It must be a hard time of year for the authorities to keep an eye on all thats happening.

If the paranoia reached this level, then they've won.
Me and you aren't allowed to carry some shampoo or some bottle of wine on an airplane, but a real terrorist was able to carry a mixture able to make the plane crash, fortunately he was too dumb to make the thing work.
