The Questions.

1.Were there 2 separate events at time of the blue beam norway lights event?

2.Why didnt russians or norway made noticed before there claim of a rocket or missile lunch would take place during the time of the event?

3.Was the facility of HARRP in norway somehow involved of the event of the blue beams?

4.qutoe from HARRP site
are implementing this technology at their Puerto Rico Research Facility, near the Arecibo Observatory. There are phased antenna array transmitters in Norway and Russia. HIPAS in Alaska near Fairbanks is a ionospheric research facility too.

www.alaska.net...

was the phased antenna array transmitters create those odd looking blue beams and the min black between the blue spiral center?

Either way i think theres more into the event in norway, more then just simple missile test.

Norway wasnt a fan of russia durning the cold war crisis, nor is a fan of russia as of today, i find odd they havent been outraged by the event if it was just a simple missile or rocket test.

I still dont believe it was a rocket test nor a missile test, however it would be very interesting if The of ATS would be willing to investigate the events of norway.

What do you think ATS?

I think some investigating would be a good idea. You bring up good points, I'm suprised they didn't tell us it was swamp gas or Venus.

This is a very good idea.
Here we have a case where a lot of people don't buy the official explanation. I can't see why not?

I don't think that there is any need to spend the time and money to investigate this. It would not lead anywhere.

This was obviously a rocket malfunction, those that don't think so are either too deeply seeded in their "faith" or too ignorant to understand the discussion.

I mean, let's say ATS had a "team" investigate this, and they come up with the correct conclusion that this was indeed a rocket failure. How many minds would that change? Not many, as those that refuse to belief wouldn't let ATS change their mind, because at that point ATS would represent "the man", and that is who they don't trust to begin with.

Just intelligently look at the available information online. You will see that the failed rocket explanation is by far the most probable conclusion. If you can't see that then you wouldn't understand an "ATS Investigation" to begin with.

I don't understand the masses around here embracing the least probable explanation for everything they see, I really don't. It adds to the signal/noise ratio.

i could come up with vivid alternative stories to other events, that would seem not only plausible, but just as likely as the originals.

something being graspable does not oust it from the land of fiction.

the rocket malfunction is plausible and it's not a hard idea to grasp at all.

however, the manner in which the situation was handled by the various governments "involved", raises many unanswered questions

This is exactly how conspiracy theorists work, by ignoring the facts. As has been posted here in several threads about this missile launch, Russia did make the launch known before the event, they even published a NOTAM Bulletin prior to this event!

no

you think wrong then, it was a simple failed missile test

Why would they be outraged by a missile test?

Dereks, thanks for illustrating my point. Little facts like Russia giving advanced notice of testing seem to pass by the ignorant, who have to willfully ignore such data in order to come to their ignorant conclusions.

It is a sad world we live in, where in these modern times you would expect people to be much more intelligent than they actually are. Seriously, you illustrate it perfect here. Russia gave advanced notice, and yet we have people here assuming otherwise, meaning they don't have a clue how the real world works, and wont bother to poke their heads up to gather any data themselves. Instead they get online and parrot other fool's ignorant claims. Sad indeed.

I've been watching the news, but they don't mention ANY Missile fired over Norway, nor that there are tests going on.

I find it hard to believe that the Norwegian government would cover-up anything which could place the polulation in danger, it just doesn't work that way.

I will see if anything turns up on the news, if so, I will report back.

i am in norway right now
if someone wants to fund my investigation i would happy to go north to tromso and question witnesses, photograph key areas, map the terrain, and put together a daily report on here on what is found
