I found this video in the "related videos" section on while watching the Kremlin Triangle Intergalactic Meeting Car Reflection Filmed By Suspiciously Calm Russians video clip on youtube.

Please understand that:

1) I searched Brazilian UFO and only got 2 hits, which I read through.
2) I am in no way stating that this is an alien ET.
3) If this has been "discussed to death" please point me to where it is.
4) If you are a troll, there is nothing you can post that will offend or upset me. I will probably enjoy responding to you more than reading the intelligent posts.
5) This is not reverse psychology.

One day I wish someone would take a picture of a ufo with a decent camera on a tripod.

pity its so hard to tell if its moving or if the observers are moving.

Does anyone know what some of the people are saying?

Read through the other post. It is a balloon.

Damn, is there any footage that ATS hasn't seen/debunked?

I need to see a tutorial on how to search for threads. Apparently I am incompetent in that area.

No, it's not your fault: what were you supposed to look for in this case?
There was no way to find any previous thread.

Here's a video that you might find interesting:

Beginning of 1991: MIR Kosmonaut Musa Manarov filmed the approach of a PROGRESS cargo flight, when he suddenly discovered a cigar-shaped object, surrounded by a rotating light, floating in space. He filmed the complete maneuver of the UFO for over two minutes. (see UFOs: Footage Archives, part 2) In 16 May 1996, he was interviewed by our co-worker Valerii Uvarov. August 1991: A luminous sphere comes from deep space, passes MIR and enters the earth atmosphere - filmed by the Cosmonauts Volkov and Krikaliov. The footage was officially released by the Russian Space administration. (see: UFOs: The FOOTAGE ARCHIVES, part 5)

I don't think this has been ever debunked, i hope you'll enjoy it
