Part of the agenda of the UN Copenhagen Climate Change Conference and another climate summit at the UN on Dec. 18 is something called "climate justice."
Ignoring the fallacies behind the “science” of man-made global warming, a new U.N. report on “climate justice” says the U.S. and other countries owe $24 trillion in “climate debt” to the rest of the world. The report, “Climate Justice for a Changing Planet,” argues that the United States is “historically the largest global emitter” of greenhouse gas emissions and therefore has the biggest “debt” to pay.
But another U.N. report puts the figure at $45 trillion.

President Obama seems prepared to accept this bogus claim by attending the United Nations conference on Dec. 18.
The U.S. failure to pay, argues leftist Canadian writer Naomi Klein, has already produced “climate rage” and a “global movement for climate justice” led by Bolivia’s socialist President Evo Morales. The implication is that if the U.S. doesn’t pay up, protests and even violence could break out.

So now they have all the world thinking the hard earned tax dollars of western workers belongs to them via global welfare. They are brainwashing these people that the West owes them money, so I wouldn't be surprise if they did try and collect the "compensation/gravy train money" they think they are owed.

Wow. They are even advocating violence if they don't get their dosh.

Remember some of Obama's talk about redistribution of wealth.

It had nothing to do with the poor in the US, it had everything to do with lowering the entire worlds non-elite to the same level-SERFS.

I think Climategate is doing a pretty good job. And the awakening of many people, politicians included who are now seeing what it's really about.
I hate to think what will happen if this doesn't get off the ground.
Wonder what kind of retribution they have in store for us all?

how is anyone supposed to take "climate debt" seriously? I can not picture this becoming a reality especially when global warming is still such a controversial topic.

The West, including the US, the UK and the rest of Europe continually donate charitably as individuals and the governments of these countries are constantly giving aid to the other countries of the world, every day of the year.

On top of this, the people of the third world are not understanding that their very own leaders, especially those of Africa, are taking the money given in aid for themselves and corruption is widespread, though admitedly all over the world, particularly in the third world where there is little legislation in these matters.

Therefore, any money taken from the pockets of the ordinary citizens of the west will not go to improve the lot of the citizens of the poorer parts of the world, but simply furthur enrich the Elites.

However, if the Elites can get the 'common man' of first, second and third worlds to fight amongst themselves, they will never notice the money being quietly cyphoned off to the Elites and no one will ever be any the better.

If war is the outcome, the Elites win again!

The Elites win whatever happens unless the brainwashed, dullards of this world wake up...and wake up quickly!

But speaking to ordinary people everyday, I am saddened to see that 'what's on the TV' is the only thing on the mind of the majority and so....the EndGame is a foregone conclusion!

Perhaps the Elites deserve to win!

Perhaps, such cunning, deviousness and outright genius can only be rewarded by Karma!

I think we're screwed 7 ways from sunday myself. I'd start a revolution if I knew who the real enemies of the people are. They hide behind so many layers of underlings that it is impossible to know who is actually responsible for the implementation of global slavery. I'm old and don't give a flying fart anymore but for the fact I have grandchildren who will be left with this mess. A lifeltime of political activism has left me feeling used, broke and impotent. The only thing I haven't tried is religion, hmmmm.....

Yes , if TPTB have their way we WILL stop producing CO2 but it won't be because some Fijian child sheds a few tears , it will be by the fact that most of the worlds population were culled to benefit the Elites and their stupid ideologies.

This is similar in so many ways to the Mandela/South Africa PR campaign and fiasco. Create or amplify a situation and make it a problem (Apartheid/Climate Change) and select a "hero" (Mandela/Gore). Force a solution to the problem through a PR campaign (destroy Apartheid/fix the climate) and finish it off (install a corrupt ANC government to destroy SA and make it pliable/pay $45 trillion and destroy the US and make it pliable). They get what they wanted a new reality (SA is now raped by bribing corrupt politicians and it is becoming like the rest of Africa/the US and Canada will turn into third wold nations like most of the rest of the world). It's Hegelian principles 101 all over again.

Maybe an asteroid will hit Copenhagen that wipes out Brussels as well while they are all signing this bogus treaty. Would be a shame about the normal people though.

THe people of great britain couldn't believe it either when they lost their sovereignty last week via the Lisbon TReaty! Now, the UK is no longer, and never will be a sovereign nation! They will be required to pay reparations to the third world nations and do you think they're gonna pay anything and let the usa slide? Think again!

Just remember though that anglo american empire has stolen from the whole world and its resources for how long now, and kept everyone down.
