Why AGW Activists Only Concentrate On Post-1970 Data

I will post more later on, but I just want to start this thread with a very simple graph which displays why the AGW Activist crowd continually uses 1970 as the jumping-off point from which we observe most of our warming upon this Planet (Not including other Pre-Industrial Era temperature fluctuations (ie, the MWP) ).

Also of interest, notice the difference between the projections of the Russian graph, compared to that of the highly suspect CRU. Then, take notice of which projection has actually proven true so far-
