I Need A Thread Moved From The Old Narcotics Board!

Hello Mods,

I have askeed a few of you to find my old thread entitled : The Legalization Of Hemp, The Real Economic Stimulus Package.

However I did not get a response, probably you all are busy with the new addition, that's understandable.

Now this thread dealt with how the economy could greatly profit from HEMP and it's production on a mass scale accross the world, but specifically north america.

I would like to have it moved to the alternative Substances forum so that we may continue discussion.

If somebody could let me know if this can be done, if not why, that would greatly appreciated.
