Hello,

Could anyone tell me if a mobile version of ATS is in the works - something which would allow the site to better work with phones such as the iphone?

At the moment it's not the worst thing in the world browsing on a phone in terms of readability but it does take quite a long time to load when you're on a cellular data network. A lot of big sites have mobile versions these days (which are often stripped back version of the main thing) so I didn't think it unreasonable that ATS might have considered this?

Thanks!

Ah ha!

Thanks a lot! Wow they kept that quiet - I like it. In fact to be honest I find ATS a little cluttered I might even use that on my browser from now on hehe!

Thanks again (I did try searching but didn't come up with anything so maybe Google doesn't index it, which I guess is reasonable to think).

Myself , I would like to see a iphone ATS app .

I wrote the owner of ATS about such an app and he told me about the mobile site .

I would still like to see an ATS iphone app , but yes the mobile site is pretty cool

I'd be up for paying a couple of quid for an app if it was decent (i.e. no ads, fast loading and supports the whole site well). £3 for such a thing sounds reasonable to me based on the other apps out there and what they can do.

My guess is if ATS ever did make an app it would most likely be free ?

I think it would cost a reasonable amount of money to develop an iphone app so it's not out of the question to charge for it - many free sites out there still charge for an app (especially if you're going to do one without adverts, the income needs to be generated from somewhere).

Any news on this, or on the mobile version? At the moment the front page of the mobile one only offers links to the hot topics (unless I'm using it wrong) and not to the whole forum.
