H1N1 is a level 6 World Wide Pandemic Flu. What is the data that WHO and CDC use to convince themselves to increase the pandemic level to 6?

Here is a great example of propeganda used. When one is actually convinced of that which one speaks, yet is not the whole truth, if any portion of truth, then there is at least one believer.

Damn, this thread's title sounds way more death metal than the content. I was intrigued right away, but I was let down to find that this wasn't an apocalypse thread.

I do agree with the opening sentence, though, and everything esle.
