New York Terror Trials

When Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and others come to trial in New York, the possibility for events of 9/11 to be discussed in a very public forum will present itself.

Evidence to prove the accused guilty will be presented but it will have to be sustained and supported and thus will be examined by the accused in their defense.

How will the Government prove *prove* building 7 fell due to any action taken by KSM?

How did Thermite come into their possession? How come this was kept secret for so long?

Who killed John O'neil?

I could as anyone here on ATS could include an endless list of hard questions here. We really have to consider the following though.

What happens when its revealed through their trials that they are nothing more then scapegoats and patsies?

How will Americans respond to this? How will the trials be portrayed in the Media? Why would the Attorney General, Holder opt to do this unless they (the Government) have a long term agenda in mind?

Only time will tell.

The only way to make it a fair trial is to water board the Prosecutors and their witnesses for eight or so years prior to opening arguments.
