Asteroids being exploded by HARP technology?

So are we in a space storm (heat, energy, space dust, magnetic and density waves and now
A-troids?) or what? Hmmm and are they popping the rocks with HAARP?

don't they mean meteors? or are they going out past Mars to test this technology? stuff like this makes me doubt it
