I am Canadian and I really don't see the humour here. It would be nice to see the whole article. What city?? What Country?? It sounds like the article was from the U.K. but I'm not sure. So some Canadian had a flashlight and was doing what?? Looking for keys in the dark maybe??? I am questioning the motive behind this thread. Are you trying to make all Canadians look bad?? Are you implying that all Canadians are a bunch of hapless idiots that like to wander around in the dark with flashlights for no reason??
