Wow...
74,000 contractors as of June 30.

How can contractors be more than GIs?

Anyone else thinking of the roman empire?
Getting too big and that being it's own defeat?
Is America it's own worst enemy?

So.....
74K overpaid contractors, and more funding is required to count them?

Wouldn't a bunch of chimpanzees do a better job and running the country?
