Has anyone heard of a top-secret government organization based out of Florida and other parts of the world where ESP as well as other mind altering perceptions are apart of the organization? To those who are contacted are contacted through ESP and are pressured by voices, music or other nuisances that may drive someone insane to join ETC.

I know this may sound absolutely crazy to some but as stated above this is happening to a dear family member of mine who is now under Dr’s care. I’m grasping for straws and thought I’d give this a shot for some answers other then medically.
