CaptInsanoX who lurks here a lot and posts some too was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. His right hip and shoulder were crushed, and he has some torn ligaments in his right foot, and a lot of road rash.

He had a helmet on and it saved his life. He is my close friend, and really needs your prayers, or if you are not of the religious sort, he could use your thoughts, good vibes and wishes.

He is one of the most loving and kind individuals I have met, but seems to have a good amount of bad luck.

He was in surgery for a good 3 hours this afternoon. They re-built his hip with plenty of titanium, they fixed up his shoulder as well. He is expected to recover fully in about 3-4 months. His parents and siblings could use your prayers as well.

Thanks.

Absolutely.

All the best to him (and to you).
May he enjoy a complete and speedy recovery!

And try not to be afraid.
Gratefulness in advance is the best kind of prayer.

He and his family are in my prayers.

I hope he has a complete and quick recovery.

And as I've said to so many friends who like 2 wheeled vehicles... please always wear a helmet no matter what.

I am so happy to hear he was wearing a helmet.

Please keep us all updated on his condition.
