Assassin's Creed: Lineage Trilogy first trailer

There you have it. 3 Assassins Creed short films are in production, the first of which will be premiering later this month.

This trailer above is the first look at the aformentioned films. They look pretty amazing.

It seems that the line between films and games is becoming ever more blurred these days, as games come hand in hand with films (Dead Space for instance).

Bad idea. (imo)

For those who don't know the story behind assassins creed.

You are a guy (i forget his name) and scientists experiment on you and by decoding your DNA - they allow you to relive the entire life of one of your ancestors.

Apparently, your DNA holds every millisecond - every breath - every minor detail of every ancestor before you and all of the events surrounding them.

That obtuse story line was enough to make me despise the game...i can't imagine the movie will be any better.

But who am i to judge?

I'm hoping for a Halo movie or something from Blizzard.

Warcraft?
Starcraft?
....Diablo!

The Warcraft movie has a director and is being scripted as we speak.

The Diablo movie was announced a few years ago, but nothing has been heard since.

Both are being worked on by Legendary Pictures, whos probably most notable film is 300.
