Halloween Avatar For Mirthful Me Contest... Gaudy Prize Offered...

This year for Halloween I decided that I don't want what would amount to a generic off the internets Halloween avatar (there are plenty of Halloween monkey images on the net), but instead would appeal to the creativity of the ATS/BTS membership for an avatar I can wear proudly for Halloween.

First, the particulars:

All avatars designed must meet the Avatar & Signature Guidelines.

If desired, the submission can be designed as a profile background... This allows for more complex and detailed submissions.

Since the avatar is for me, it must be simian in nature.

Originality, creativity, and quality of the avatar/background are the judging criteria.

Judging will be done by myself, and an anonymous group of non-participating members.

Deadline for submissions is October 23rd, 2009 5pm Pacific time. Winner will be announced, and avatar/background placed in my profile by October 24th, 9am Pacific time.

Now the best part... What you will win...

A wordy and pedantic proclamation of your victory from yours truly... Suitable for framing (frame not included).

A link in my signature that will read as follows:

"(winners username) won Mirthful Me's Halloween Avatar Contest and all I got was this lousy link"

Text will link to the thread of your choice.

Link will remain in my signature until January 1st, 2010.
