India has "No First Use" nuclear policy, that means it is capable of responding to a nuclear attack even after it hit's anywhere in India.

makes me nervous that a handful of terrorists can seige a place like that. if the US wishes to keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of terrorists they might keep a closer eye on pakistan... thats IF they wish to keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of "terrorists"

I'd say park the nuclear missile shield in India and Afghanistan, whatever US and Russia made of it..maybe they can dodge some others from neighboring countries as well
