Anyone remember the $1 million "sea-sick flashlight" which was code-named "THE DAZZLER" which was demonstrated by the US Dept. of Homeland Security? Well the thread on ATS got little attention Look Out Spock! Pentagon Works on Real Life Phasers.

Basically it is a non-lethal crowd deterrent that will incapacitate people by making them dizzy and nauseous.

Well, now you can fight fire with fire and get in on all the fun by making your own Dazzler! And instead of putting down a cool million for the privilege, you can make your own for under $250!

Open Source Bedazzler

The link includes Schematics, PCB, and Video on how to make your own.

Note: the DHS testing of this weapon found that it was ineffectual on Raver Kids. Matter of fact, the Bedazzler makes a great "weapon" to bring to parties! It makes lava lamps and disco lights look primitive by comparison.
