Soldiers black bag protester at G20

Here is a link to a video of the G20 protests, showing a supposed "arrest" of a protester by a car full of men in camo and an unmarked car.

Many people are claiming it is fake, however if you notice the riot police at :25 seconds do not question the people in the car, so it is unlikely that this is faked by the protesters, at least.

Others say the guy thrown into the car was a provocateur or "plant" there to rile up the protesters so the riot police had reason to make more arrests.

Can anyone verify that these are in fact National Guard troops somehow?

Doubtful they are actually troops... in my opinion they are contracted security.
