Demonstrate / prove how this suit will put the Obama eligiblity argument to rest even though this 'suit' was frivolous and not connected to the one
in the SC, which hasn't even gone through discovery much less been dismissed.

actually i have just shown that the so called 'leader' of the birther movement being called out in court as having NOTHING of credible value in
terms of obama's eligibility.
i have demonstrated how once again cases brought to the courts attempting to discredit him have been thrown out.
show me ONE credible case that continues. i highly doubt there is one.
the birther movement is dead, sadly it's followers simply don't realize this fact.
the burden of proof is on those who would have us believe their claim that obama is ineligible.
