Do you mean the U.S.? Because you know that the U.S. has thousands of nuclear bombs from previous wars and they're not doing anything about it. And they are still in working order!!!!

Maybe he already did.... he did say in the last tape he was going to go out with one last act of martyrdom.... Wonder if he will personally push the button on a backpack nuke or something...
