Also, violating the TOA of Craigslist, is not breaking the law, it's violating the usage agreement, and Craigslist can then ban you, if they so choose.


No, I am saying using the picture of a real person and creating a false identity for it is illegal. And it is. Dont beleive me? Try it, see what happens.

Violating craigslist TOA is not illegal. However, it opens Craigslist up for many lawsuits, and the police dept to lawsuits from craigslist, for purposefully defrauding the sight.
