NIST`s siesmic and collapse timings horribly incorrect.

Such was NIST`s findings and times so completely wrong (as proved by LDEO) that they changed their report due to...... SORRY FOLKS YET ANOTHER PIECE OF IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION NOT RELEASED FOR PUBLIC VIEWING.... and thus was doing rather well until their assessment was well and truly busted once again, by people whom have very good people and tools at their disposal.....
